Who I Am
I'm Justen Grimm, the owner and sole operator of Clearline Land LLC. I have a strong blue-collar background — I've held my Class A CDL for years and spent a significant stretch of my career working the grueling schedules of the North Dakota oil fields. That environment doesn't tolerate shortcuts or excuses. You show up, you do the work, and you do it right. That's the standard I brought home with me.
In May of 2026, I stepped away from the oil fields to return home to Esko full-time. I came back with a clear goal: take the heavy machinery expertise I'd built over the years and put it to work for my local community. Clearline Land is the result of that decision.
I specialize in heavy-duty land clearing, deep subsoil mulching, and property improvement. I run commercial-grade equipment — specifically a high-flow Bobcat T86 compact track loader — which means I can take on jobs that standard residential equipment simply isn't built for.
